These terms cover the software and sound packs sold on relmccoy.com: BackFlip, BackFlip 1200 and the drum packs offered with them. They're short on purpose. If anything's unclear, just email me.

What you get

A personal license to use the software, with a license key sent to the email address you use at checkout.
Download links for Mac and Windows, by email, right after your purchase.
Free updates to the version you bought.

Your license

One license is for one person, on up to 2 of your own computers.
Please don't share, resell or publish your license key. Keys that are shared or posted publicly can be switched off.
You own everything you make with the software: your kits, disks and music are yours.

Drum packs

Sounds from the drum packs can be used in your own music, including music you release and sell. Please don't resell, share or give away the sounds themselves, on their own or as part of another sample pack.

Your hardware

BackFlip and BackFlip 1200 are made and tested on real hardware. Vintage gear varies, so keep backups of your own disks and files, and check the product page for which machines and storage are supported. Features marked "in testing" may change.

Refunds

Every purchase comes with a 7-day money-back guarantee. If it doesn't work for you, email holler@relmccoy.com within 7 days of buying and I'll refund you. When a purchase is refunded, its license key is switched off.

Because the software is delivered digitally and right away, the 14-day EU right of withdrawal ends once your download is delivered, as you agree to at checkout. The 7-day guarantee above still applies.

The fine print

The software is provided as is. I do my best to keep it working well and to fix problems quickly, but I can't be responsible for lost data or damage to equipment from using it. Nothing in these terms limits your rights under consumer law. These terms are governed by Spanish law.

Product names such as SP-1200 and MPC belong to their owners. BackFlip and BackFlip 1200 are independent products and aren't affiliated with or endorsed by those companies.
